Anyone over the age of 13 in Canada, except for residents of Quebec except when the prize value is $100 or more, is eligible to enter a draw featured to Canadian cities, and anyone over the age of 13 in the US (50 states and DC only) is eligible to enter a draw featured to American cities.

Royal Draw will not charge you for anything. If you complete a paid Offer you will be charged by the brand when you complete your purchase on their site. Please contact the brand directly if you have any concerns about these charges.

To enter a draw, go to the page of the draw you want to enter and click on the Enter button before the time runs out.

The duration of each draw is clearly displayed on the draw page under the "Time Left" countdown. Most draws run for a week, but there are exceptions, so it’s good to check back often to see how much time is left to enter.

All prizes are mailed or emailed unless otherwise stated. All gift cards and prizes are mailed out the week following the response date to allow time for mailing address corrections.

Royal Draw makes no guarantee on the delivery time or date for prizes. We make every effort to mail on time, however, the delivery date is ultimately determined by the postal service.

Winners are selected randomly by a computerized draw. The more entries you have in a draw the better your chances of being chosen.

The Draw Picker is a way for you to vote for the brand you would like to see us feature a gift card draw for. The voting cycle for a new featured draw opens on Monday mornings, and closes on Sunday nights at midnight. The brand with the more votes when voting closes will be featured as a draw the following Wednesday.

You have one vote per voting cycle, and can change your current vote as many times as you like by selecting a new brand until voting stops. Your current chosen brand will appear next to the winning brand at the top of the page. Because you only have one vote per cycle you can only receive 2 points a week from the Draw Picker.

The Royal Points rewards program awards users for their interaction with our site. You can earn Royal Points for things like subscribing, entering draws, sharing draws and coupons, downloading printable coupons, reading our daily emails, voting in the Draw Picker, taking surveys and completing Offers.

You can check your Royal Points by going to the Points section of your Account. Points can be redeemed for extra entries in the draws of your choice, or for great prizes from our Points Store. To find out how you can earn more Royal Points, please check out our Royal Points Section.

Once you unsubscribe you can continue to use some of the site and earn points. However, in order to enter our draws you must be subscribed.

To change the email address you use to subscribe to Royal Draw, log in to your account and go to the "Profile" tab. Then type your new email address into the Email Address field and click Update at the bottom to save.

The little red "P" means that by performing that action you can earn Royal Points.

You can enter each draw once through the draw page, however, you can redeem Royal Points for extra draw entries to increase your chances of winning. You can see how many entries you have in each active draw by logging in to your account and going to the "Draws" tab.

The Royal Rewards system is our old rewards system that was replaced by the Royal Points system, and is no longer active. If you still have a balance remaining on your Royal Rewards please contact us and we’ll convert them into Royal Points.

No, we encourage you to refer our draws to as many people as you want. We believe that "living is giving", so bring ’em all!

Only the first referral link that someone clicks on before entering a draw will generate a points reward for the sender.

Yes, to earn Royal Points the person you refer a draw to must be a new subscriber who subscribes through the referral link you send them. If you send a referral to an existing subscriber and they use it to access the site, you will not receive Royal Points.

The only comments we remove from the discussion board are comments that contain racism, prejudice, or political messages. Additional comments that may be deleted include those that indicate trolling, cyber bullying, or spamming.
